Ciss AI supports real-world gaming features including NPC markers placed at physical GPS coordinates and multiplayer location-based games. Users participating in real-world gaming activities acknowledge and accept that:

- •You must obey all traffic laws, trespassing laws, and local ordinances while playing
- •Ciss AI is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage occurring during gameplay
- •NPC characters and markers are digital overlays only — they do not indicate real-world permissions to access private property
- •Game organizers are solely responsible for the safety and legality of events they create using the platform
- •Do not play while operating a vehicle or in hazardous environments
4. Robotics, Drones, and Autonomous Vehicles Disclaimer
4.1 Operator Responsibility
Users who connect GPS-enabled devices including unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs/drones), ground robots, autonomous vehicles, or other automated systems to the Ciss AI platform bear sole and exclusive responsibility for:
- •Obtaining all required operating licences, permits, and insurance in their jurisdiction
- •Complying with aviation authority regulations (FAA, CAA, DGCA, or equivalent)
- •Maintaining visual line of sight or appropriate autonomous flight safeguards as required by law
- •Ensuring devices do not fly in restricted airspace, near airports, or over crowds without authorization
- •All damage, injury, or legal liability caused by the operation of connected devices
4.2 Platform Limitation
Ciss AI provides location display and coordination tools only. We do not control, operate, or monitor any connected devices. We are not responsible for autonomous decisions made by connected systems, and the platform must not be used as the sole safety system for any autonomous operation.
5. Anonymous Mode Disclosure
The anonymous map at maps.cissai.com allows users to share location without creating an account. Users of anonymous mode should be aware:
- •Your location is visible to all other users currently on the anonymous map
- •A random temporary identifier is assigned — you cannot choose your displayed name
- •Session data is deleted when you leave the page
- •Anonymous mode provides reduced privacy protections compared to authenticated sessions
- •We cannot verify the identity of any anonymous user
